We never charge a fee to apply. Anyone asking you to pay upfront is not us.

We can't take this one forward.

Based on what you have told us, this application falls outside what we are able to approve right now. Your details have been recorded and an officer may still call if anything changes.

If money is tight, AKPK offers free and independent debt counselling — no fees, no obligation.

Licensed, not "along"

We hold a KPKT moneylending licence and every agreement is written under the Moneylenders Act 1951.

No upfront fees

Nothing to pay to apply, to be approved, or to release your funds. Not a deposit, not a "processing fee".

Your ATM card stays with you

We never hold your bank card, PIN, IC or passport as security. Any lender who asks is breaking the law.

One rate, written down

1.5% flat per month on the original amount. Your repayment is identical every month until the last one.

Before you borrow from anyone

Know the difference between a licensed lender and an Ah Long.

Most people who get into trouble borrowing money in Malaysia were never told what a legal loan is supposed to look like. Here is the test — apply it to us, and to everyone else you speak to.

A licensed moneylender (this is us)
  • Shows you a KPKT licence number and a registered office you can walk into.
  • Gives you a written agreement in Bahasa Melayu or English before any money moves.
  • Charges interest capped by law — 12% a year secured, 18% a year unsecured.
  • Takes zero payment from you before the loan is released.
  • Leaves your ATM card, PIN, IC and passport in your own hands.
  • Banks the money into your own account, in your own name.
An illegal lender — walk away
  • Only a phone number. No licence, no company name, no address.
  • Everything agreed by WhatsApp voice note. Nothing on paper.
  • Interest quoted per week, or that grows every time you are late.
  • Asks for a "deposit", "stamp duty" or "insurance" before releasing anything.
  • Wants to keep your ATM card and PIN, or the original of your IC.
  • Threatens you, your family or your employer if a payment slips.

One product, no small print

What we lend, and on what terms.

A flat 1.5% per month on the original amount, over six to sixty months. That is the whole offer — there is no second product with different small print.

No call centre, no chatbot

You get one named officer, start to finish.

The person who calls you back is the person who assesses your file, answers your questions and sits across the desk when you sign. You will have their direct number.

  • They call from a Malaysian number and give you their full name.
  • They walk you through the agreement line by line, in BM or English.
  • If we cannot help, they tell you on that first call and explain why.

Application to money in the bank

Four steps, usually finished the same day.

  1. 01

    You fill in the form

Ten fields, about a minute. No documents at this stage and nothing is filed against your credit record.

    1 minute
  2. 02

    A loan officer calls you

A named officer from our Subang Jaya office rings you on a Malaysian number, confirms the amount and tenure, and tells you what you'd repay each month.

    Within 30 minutes
  3. 03

    You send three documents

IC, payslips and a bank statement, by WhatsApp or email. We verify and confirm your approved amount in writing.

    Same day
  4. 04

You sign, we bank it in

You read and sign the agreement — at our office or attested remotely — and the funds go into your own bank account.

Nothing moves before this moment. You read the agreement, you keep a signed copy, and only then does the money leave our account.

Be honest with yourself here

Who we can lend to.

We'd rather tell you no in thirty minutes than string you along for a week. This is the whole picture.

  • Your IC — a clear photo is enough, no certified copy.
  • Three months of payslips, or six months of bank-in records if you are paid cash.
  • Three months of bank statements from the account your income lands in.

You can apply if

All of these need to be true.

  • You're a Malaysian citizen aged 21 to 60.
  • You live or work in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.
  • You earn at least RM2,000 a month as a salaried employee.
  • You've been in your current job at least 3 months.
  • You hold a bank account in your own name.

Still worth applying if

A bank would decline these. We look at them case by case.

  • You have a CTOS or CCRIS record, or a past default.
  • You're currently under an AKPK repayment plan.
  • You're paid in cash rather than by bank transfer.
  • You've already been turned down by a bank this year.

Nothing hidden — do the maths yourself

What you'd repay each month.

Flat 1.5% per month on the original amount. Every monthly instalment is identical, and the figure below is the whole payment — principal and interest together.

All figures in Ringgit Malaysia, rounded to the nearest Ringgit, calculated at 1.5% flat per month. Your final rate and tenure are confirmed in your loan agreement before you sign. Settle early and the remaining interest is recalculated in your favour.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask us.

How fast is approval, honestly?

A decision on your application in about 30 minutes during office hours — that's a real answer on whether we can lend and how much, not an automated email. Money reaches your account within about two hours of you signing, provided your documents are in order. Apply after 6pm or on a Sunday and you'll hear from us first thing the next working morning.

Do I need a guarantor or collateral?

No. Our loans are unsecured — no guarantor, no property, no car grant, no post-dated cheques. We assess you on income and repayment history.

I have a CTOS record / I'm under AKPK. Can I still apply?

Yes, and a large share of our borrowers are in exactly that position. A CTOS or CCRIS entry, a past default, or an active AKPK plan doesn't automatically disqualify you. What matters is your income now and whether the instalment leaves you enough to live on. If it doesn't, we'll tell you so rather than lend you money you can't repay.

What fees do you charge?

Nothing to apply and nothing to be approved. The only deductions permitted under the Moneylenders Act are the legal stamp duty and attestation cost on the agreement, and those are disclosed in writing before you sign and deducted from the disbursement — never collected from you in advance. If anyone claiming to be us asks you to transfer money first, it is a scam. Stop and call our office number below.

What is the interest rate, really?

1.5% flat per month calculated on the original loan amount, which is 18% a year — the statutory ceiling for an unsecured loan under the Moneylenders Act 1951. It does not compound, and it does not change if you're late. The repayment table above shows exactly what that means in Ringgit for every loan size we offer.

What documents do you need?

Your IC, three months of payslips and three months of bank statements. If you are paid in cash we will work from your bank-in records instead. WhatsApp photos are fine — they do not need to be certified.

Can foreigners or work-permit holders apply?

Not at the moment. We lend to Malaysian citizens with a valid IC only.

What if I want to settle early?

You can settle at any point. We recalculate the outstanding interest so you only pay for the months you actually held the loan, and there is no early-settlement penalty. Call the office and we'll issue a settlement figure the same day.

How do I know you're not a scam?

Check the licence. Our SSM and KPKT numbers are printed at the top and bottom of this page, and you can verify any moneylending licence on the KPKT register. Beyond that: we have a registered office you can visit, we put the agreement in front of you before money moves, and we will never ask you for a payment, your ATM card or your PIN. If something feels wrong at any point, walk away — from us or from anyone else.
